clearly not its only for USSR. Germans would only get the ones riddled with holes giving no 10% buff and for Japan it wouldnt work since they need to be able to fit in their tunnels so they wouldnt wear it.

Well, this game originally was made by guys who’s grandfather’s win the war and bring peace for this world and ability to make a fun games

the game has been around 1 decade and still developers havent realized that they are shooting themselves on the leg for completing their agenda and making the graphics with every update more unssufereable
and also why they changed the graphics the alpha test video had way more quality than the current game…
it also gave that thing i like from any war game that sense that you arent on a pretty shooting game NO, you are in a hell simulation trying to get an idea from what it feel to be there in reality

guerilla warfare more likely the rebels had a socialist ideology but all they pretty much wanted was that whenever the goverment wanted the land of farmers they at least gave a minimal compesation cuz during that period if the goverment wanted ur land u had counted days lo leave it else if u go to jail or on worse cases go 2 meters down the earth as unfair it sounds but thats how it worked
ofc there were multiple reasons but the one i mentioned was one of “the main” now going into the conflict at first it started as simple protests and blah blah blah goverment repression a massacre and things like that later on 1982-1991 the war escalated from simple protests with sometimes crossed fire to an irregular war into hard terrain both goverment and the rebels (formely know as FMLN) managed to stall the conflict now turning it into war of “paranoia” where lets say that you helped the army by giving them food well now you are screwed cuz if rebels see you they gonna kill you same goes the other way if you helped the rebels now you are screwed by the whole army many people died this way… then we have warcrimes the typical and one of the despicteable acts of every war… which im not going to even tell for obvious reason since im alredy crossing the line with this post but just to summarize and give you an example a whole village that had nothing to do with the war got obliterated from earth and the majority of its people died…
You know the saddest out of all? it ended on nothing…all that blood and lives wasted people who left their homes were wasted for nothing…

aside from the out of rail convo, to answer your question,
yes.
damage reduction is applied to the cosmetic it self.
so if you take the outfit if someone who was previously wearing the armor, and you’ll take his uniform, your char will receive 10% reduction on all damages.
some helmets ( mostly caps ) do includes damage reduction much like the body armor. except, covers the head instead of the chest.
it’s nothing of what has been said above.
plain and simple.

If it trully doenst do anything why protecting it and letting it be removed after all it pretty much doesnt matter if it just affect pistol according to their statements

much like many things with this game, there are rather silly decisions that either takes years or will never be fully changed.
it’s just the way it is.
while i do think it’s not a big deal, it is still an advantage that only 2 nations benefits from. which should either have none, or all.
and i’m more incline for the first.
cosmetics should not affect the gameplay.
but it’s not what we think or say often matter anyway.

Got one rusty mg for years at br II and one smg with two copies actually - that’s a shame things we deal with, indeed. For years no premium assaulters at br 2 with no interest guns.
Have to deal with that somehow as well as all the time complainers.
Many people just want effectiveness in a museum game, that’s a shame and joke in one hand. Even if you give them 27 smgs - they say its copy, unfortunately
alrigth if you really want to give variety of equipment why you dont suggest more stuff for Japanese? you only complain about madsen
but you probably are too blind or perhaps you are completing ur own agenda where it states that urrs is the only one suffering of lack of equipment
the japanese faction has around 60 total items on their TT (not counting premium and event)
while urrs have 70 if not wrong (also not counting premium)
japanese lack “variety” when it comes to their br4-br5 machine guns and automatic rifles since they only have one of these of each category
they lack “variety” when it comes to their Assault rifles BR 4 semi autos, smgs on br 4,
they also lack propper AT guns on br 3 and br 5 mortar and im not going into vehicles since they are even more screwed when it comes to that
and what urrs bozos say when something is suggested to japan
