MP 717(r) wasn’t a BP weapon, so I don’t think so. Old gold order weapons maybe but I wouldn’t count on it.

I doubt that mp 717(r) will come back, I think your best chance of getting one would be if a market is introduced for players to sell old removed stuff.

Edit: I might understand why Tommy and Breda got removed, because they are identical in all aspects to the ones in other factions. ppsh captured differs a lil bit, but I again can guess why? (thought they should’ve let it, they added ass44 as counterpart, they could have let that one be)
But the mannlicher m93? why? it’s unique, it’s not in any other faction, it’s beautiful… Why remove an unique asset? It’s not even powerful.

Then I correct what I’ve said up: I don’t get why they removed those. considering Soviets lacked a bit content, it could have worked as filler and made br less difficult to set.
