Why was this Japanese face model removed?

This face models was the only one that look proper aged and japanese face. And let’s on forgot the bug with the hand.

Maybe they plan to add the… seniority type faces later?
I know Berlin could use some for volkssturms, to make it feel more immersive (adding teenagers could be… controversial).
