Is strange but on some campaing like Axe tunisia and pacific allies the most common weapon is basic weapon without upgrade, springfield and carabine 38. Ok is basic and free weapon, it is normal they are very common. but the strangest is many, time playerss use it have very very good aim like 90%.
But if they are very good players logically these weapons should leave the battlefield very quickly (After few matchs I remplace or upgrade them).
So, why play all time with basic weapon and don’t take something else?
And often these player can kill all my team with 0 missed shoots very quickly or make very far kill very quickly like sniper but they don’t have very high score in end of game.
How someone can make so great action like pro gamer and have very medium score in end of game ? One time or two ok but in every game (or alsmot) in tunisia of pacific I meet this type of player?
Is bot of game for replace people leaver or for complete team?
Bots! Nothing else. What you are describing, it doesn’t sound like any real player, although I play a lot with default BA rifle in the Pacific. But I am unable to shoot through bushes with 100% aim.
I’m playing japan or Germany, all the semi autos suck yes that includes the fg42, so I’ll use a bolt action for the 1 shot, its fortunate that the best bolt action the germans get in Normandy is the standard issue but I’m still using purchased bolt actions like the type 99 as japan or the a kar variant in Moscow or Berlin because they have better sights than the type 38 or the gewehr 33/40.
The allies have the m1 which is good enough to be mass issued but i still like having a lee enfield.
BA are great. I’m max level in berlin and normandy axis and i still like to use them from time to time. Besides, some of the volkssturm low level weapons are really fun to use
People always say that berlin is smgs dominant so bolt actions are obsolete.
I did a little experiment.
Just used infantry , at and engineer squads with bolt actions for both sides. No semi auto no smg no whatsoever. Only gave engineers to every squad.
Result: often at top 3 of my team.
BA’s give good results - they have high damage, and are accurate - common for me to get 15-20 kills with a single soldier using BA in a game.
They are also very cheap to upgrade if you want even better results - why spend 2 or 3 silver for a SLR that has less damage and worse dispersion, when fully upgrading a basic BA costs <20 bronze (IIRC)
