All Dutch soldier attributes of Chinese players are random, but as far as I know, players from non Chinese regions can enjoy soldiers with full attributes

mrw someone who abuses a VPN to abuse a region-specific measure to address anti-gambling laws has the gall to ask why they can’t benefit from the same despite not being in said region.

But hey, it’s not like chinese players are forced to play on the chinese client, either, but apparently they get to have a say in the global version.
