I used to follow chess…nerd that I am I looked and I’m still rated in the USCF listings…last tournament I played was probably before 99% of people on this forum were born. There have definitely been some real characters in the chess world as of late. I grew up in the shadow of Bobby Fischer, he seems tame compared to these days.
Of course, I’ve also heard a lot of unofficial stories about the head of a certain video game company…
The mortars now give you 10 and 10 of High Ex and Smoke. As with the artillery you can toggle between the types of ammo. It’s definitely a lot more useful now with the smoke rounds included.
Snipers are often used by noobs that do nothing but snipe and not helping the team at all alongside being situational where it depends on the map while mortars are being frowned upon because of how hard it is to counter them especially when they sit deep into the grey zone made even worse by some bad cap designs like why a small circle in the middle of a street that’s open and very vulnerable to arty, tanks and planes.
due to this game’s mechanism, sniper’s and mortar squad is very useless. if you want to play sniper ,just put one in other squad. any other insturction of sniper squad is less effective even you have MKB42 in moscow axis.
