I got a huge amount of troopers just being unused nor can i send them to the academy because i have to fill a squad with minimum amount of troops to just sit and bloat my screen in academy.
Currently i have 22 troopers just wasted

Squad minimum size should only be needed when joining a match. When in reserve, those soldiers are just collecting dust. Fully agreed on this.
i guess is made that way to make you pay for more soldier,
Completely agree with this why should I have to buy more soldiers just so i can swap out unused soldiers to upgrade in academy. Devs get on this no reason why squad minimum should be required for reserve squads.
