Many replays of games start later than mine and end later than mine, but they show on the website earlier than mine. My replay needs to wait at least 30 mins to see on website.

Same. Probably takes time untill able to download and watch, server case etc
Servers upload replays in batches from what I have seen. So every hour or so, they upload all the replays in the past hour. I forget the exact time frame, but it does come in batches.
there could be many reasons for that issue. it could be something as trivial as scheduling of servers for batch upload or maybe it depends on the server load (less load faster uploads, busier servers slower uploads).
you are basically asking for oracle with this question cause players dont know and devs wont respond to you.
it is normal for it to take between 30 minutes to upload the replays taking into account when the most recent game ended
