Because devs hate Axis and want low-mid br to be bot fest for the Soviets and Murrica. They just buffed Soviet OP smgs because they need to be even more viable at mid range.
Not only our weapons at BR1-3 are total inferior barely usable trash but human Axis players are also braindead i just played Stalingrad BR3 match and nobody had demo packs or even tried to destroy tanks besides me and some other dude, while enemy team was throwing 3 demo packs at me at every occasion.

Just giving heat rounds to more axis tanks should fix that issue (free tanks not just premium). Plus put all BR3 Axis smgs into BR2 they are extremely weak when compared to US/Soviet smgs. Also Dickermax need to come back to BR3.

well, it was already nerfed, and, perhaps it can stay on III.
but why on earth would you put above the 15cm? it’s paper thin, slow and you need to sit a whole minut to recharge.

Not nerfed just shells got corrected but it’s 80mm armor still can survive heat or aphe shots with higher pen.
At least with Moscow it could be used till a plane hears and sees you from 5km and then nukes you with his cannon and 50kg baby bombs. They really think it’s fine to be spawned in Berlin and get 1hk by T-34 spammers. Normandy D-Day maps got reworked so you can’t even climb into the hill to spawnkill murricans anymore. What a waste of money.

it was nerfed so that the grenade launcher of the german ( the ggrb 39 ) could pen in when in reality, that gun could have only dreamed to pen a kv1. as it had 40mm of pen if not mistaken
edit, shaped charges that were made were of 40, 46 and 61mm, kv 1 is 75 all around.
Because this tank is pure trash. It can’t destroy not even Pz II. And it has no MG. Probably one of the worst vehicles in game.
I was able to easily destroy tanks like jumbos and other Shermana with panzerwerfer. I don’t even mention how good it is for clearing objectives.

sure, it can destroy tanks, but when you see one, 9 times out of 10 you are just can food if you miss
I don’t have opinion abou that. Panzerwerfer would be really good on BR3 and it is quite mediocre on BR4.
But it is definitely not comparable to soviet rocket tank. That thing is pure trash.

Nope, the Grb 39 in game fires Gross Panzergranate 46 which has 90mm of penetration.
