Why does enlisted seem to punish people using tanks in the combat zone / to support the infantry?

Every time I try I get bombed, the bots / teammates not even paying attention. Hell, I destroy an enemy tanks that was staying back after the pushed their point, he jmisses his explo pack but of course you can’t let the tanks have fun, so he uses his tnt. One time I dodged 4 explosive packs when driving through what was supposed to be a friendly zone after we pushed their point, apparently some guy stayed back and he could just do this crap?
I mean, at this point, I practically never even see actual AT weapons being used.

All of this just pisses me off, when I see a sherman 105 HE spamming their point of defence.

Any thoughts?

Well that why people play in group tbh since most random dont seem to protect tank at all. I try sometime and if i do see a tank near the point then i will try to keep an eye out for them but sadly most random dont.

As in i have no clue what you mean and i have no thought about it. I as an engineer hate tanks especially those in my own team. They block the road bllind as a bat refusing to move their ass., attract bombs , block the apc and camp as if they are artillery. Lord knows why they have tracks. If i spot someone approaching our tank that camps i do not shoot him. Is he on the frontrow he gets all the ammo and support he wants.

Yeah, blowing tracks off a tank doesn’t even matter since 95% of them just sit there anyway :laughing:. I also sometimes try to do “infantry support” for a tank that is actively involved as well, but most of the time i never even see my team’s tanks, and just see some guy getting 100+ kills, maybe 20 of which are attack/defense kills. Sure, 100 kills helps the team no matter where they come from, but 50-75 kills near the cap make way more difference overall.
