WHY does Berlin's AVS36 STILL does not get a boyonet？

I cant transfer my AVS36 since they add bayonet to the AVS36 in moscow but not for berlin，now why they add a bayonet for AVT40 in Berlin but not for AVS36？m in a bad need of transfering them to Moscow-------silver cards dosen’t grow from trees！！！

just give us more bayonets on berlin
