I can’t find the svt38 in the gear list (except for the sniper gun)
You get access to the SVT-38 after you unlock the radioman. You can also get unlocks for the trooper class that lets troopers use SVT’s and carry a secondary weapon as well as a pistol
#you cannot get the svt or the gewehr anymore, but some of the full AI squads still use them, as they havent changed their presets
