Why are they wearing ushanka hats and long wool coats in +20 C?
And ok even if we grant this being “a cool feature” as some Soviet troops did indeed use their winter uniforms, I suppose.
But what’s the point of using all white coats in green spring environment?
Gloves, balaclavas, ushanka hats, long warm coats…
This looks so out of place.

The Red Army usually issues its summer weight clothing in May, and so most of the troops in Berlin still had their winter issue wear.
This coat bothers me though. The insignia are not only outdated, but just odd. What are this soldier’s branch colours?
I fixed it with customization, but obviously shouldn’t be like this by default.

These are squads from the free premium squad test packs. And yes, these squads didn’t have a campaign-specific uniform change. And of course you can’t customize their uniforms during the test.

To be fair it shows Germans with Winter gear on the Russian front. It was one of the reasons they lost.
I mean even if we could, snow-white winter greatcoats shouldn’t be in Berlin in general, that’s just dumb

Yes. I don’t even know for whom this might not be obvious.

Don’t think that this didn’t happen; it’s not all that clear-cut; it varied, and the nights and mornings could still be chilly.
Fellow countrymen—Red Army soldiers—embrace each other after meeting in Berlin. Guards privates
Yes that’s why I said warm clothing might be okay, but who would wear all white coats in spring Berlin
side note, the real why it’s because those are bots
developers messed up the bots profile presets and copied and pasted the ones from stalingrad & Moscow ones
