Why didn't the staff come forward to explain the situation or appease the players within a few hours of an emergency?

there are so many moderators, assistants, and developers?
and they are living distributed around the world work for darkfolw！
at least 3hours no staff came forward
then if keofox and James_Grove ， DieJagdente still sleeping，where are the so many other staff and workers and volunteers？

let us see How long will it take for them to have a look at the forums or log in their games？

Like you wrote, most of us were sleeping so that’s why you probably haven’t seen any response. As soon as i woke up (6:30 am for me, like 30 mins ago) and seen the reddit topics and the forum ones i forwarded them (but the servers seems to be working now, so kinda too late for that).

I’m glad to know a competent helper again, but, similarly, it’s very unhappy. The people in charge of reddit are working across regions

To keep Reddit independent, it’s moderated by players, not by Gaijin/DF … only James_Grove and me are the exceptions who have some mod power, but it’s limited and only to pin topics/comments and to change flairs.
