No, definitely intentional. After all, Allies suffer.

Even though they have the best aircraft in the game. Besides, I hate the X suffers because of Y. No one should be 1:1 for everything, otherwise where’s the fun in fighting?

Yeah this is not supposed to happen in a normal battle.
Friendly bombs apparently killed your crew, Kugelblitz exploded but kill went to enemy tank MG.
