Why aren't there more engineers?

Wait a couple of weeks. The Axis vets will all have their level 32 prize and move on to another campaign. But screw the AA guns……flank to the right, build rally beacons and be aggressive….and stock up on large grenade pouches….spam that TNT

I think you should be able to trade out a vehicle squad for another infantry squad.

OT: you’d probably better not. You may get bored more easily.

I suggest you to play all campaigns in turn at least up to lvl 9-10, then pick the one(s) you like the most.

Also, if you do so, you will avoid most of the “Oh no, I have to start from scratch all over again!” feeling when finishing a campaign and moving to another one.

Moreover, try playing both factions of a campaign. More variety, and better understanding of balance.

I have an engineer in all of my squads (except those I am still grinding, of course) and also have a whole engineer squad in my lineup (I have additional squad slots) that I use when a new rally point is vital to the team (e.g. river crossings in Monastery, Fortified Region, etc. in Moscow campaign). My engineer squad members all have run speed and stamina perks, in order to be fast.

Often I am the only one in the team building rally points. Building rally points is a costly thing, because when I have finished usually half of my team or more is dead, without me having fired a single shot, but I think it’s still useful even to my own score because on next respawn I can use them.

Well. Maybe they think “There is always one who builds beacons then why should I build one too”.
Maybe its also that people underrate barricades.
