Why are team upgrade ex inconsistent?

Some teams are 1000xp, some are 10000xp, which is too strange，teams only have one level.

Better squads require more xp to upgrade. It has always been like that, even before the merge.

basically, more advanced squad need more EXP to level up. it works for soldier class too btw. sniper II need more exp to level up compared to sniper I

XP will not increase after upgrading,So I think this is a mistake
