In US anything assigned role of TD becomes a TD. It’s not some specific nomenclature like destroyer or battle cruiser. Outside of US it’s really up to specification of who is ordering a design to designate it as TD or an infantry support vehicle.

The premium Panther A is part of the Muncheberg Division wich defended the outskirts of Berlin so non urban maps might come in the future.
I also see the issue that they have the advantage/ disadvantage that the TDs in Berlin are small. You cant get turret-shot, but you cant turret-shot either.
Also the MG of the German TDs feels pretty weird (also its a useless MG42). Otherwise they are “different” and I like it… at least on the German side. Jagdpanzer for life.

StuG III as well in Normandy.
TDs have a place in every map , and in the clogged streets of Berlin I think they are perfect.
