It annoys me too, it doesn’t even do anything, what I really don’t understand is why they don’t just move 100m closer so they can actually hit something…
And fun fact, as defender on that map, you can’t flank the mountain position because it’s too deep in the gray. I think they intended to give attackers an advantage by making an easy overwatch position, but instead of supporting an attack, everybody just sits there taking pot shots.
