This is very unbalanced
The solution would be to replace the Jumbo with something worse, instead of adding something stronger for the Germans.
As it stands, the M10 tank destroyer and Jagdpanzer 4 have been officially confirmed to be added to Normandy soon™
With all of the brittish equipment, I imagine a Firefly would be a good replacement for the Jumbo, offering much higher penetration and velocity on its gun than the Sherman, but less post penetration damage and slightly less effective HE. As such, it would be a tradeoff.

I would add panthers
These ‘‘overperforming’’ tanks should be limited in numbers but devs only read what russians say so it doesn’t matter
I dont think panthers should be in Normandy, it’d be even stronger than the jumbo

It’s exactly what I thought. We should have 2 tanks maximal on the battlefield at the same time, but the number of each type of tanks should vary according to how powerful they are.

otherwise, only the canadians and british/ commonwealth forces faced mostly tigers during europe campaign.
