It`s meanless,if you already full upgrade a gun,why you want to destroy it?There is no upper limit on the number of guns stored，so why a gun with full star still can be disassembled?

I think it’s if you don’t want it anymore or if you have duplicate it, you can disassemble it for more spare parts
