Thats what you get for having a 3 stack where the other team should have their own stack too instead of bots or noobs
Well, this is not the reason that they can have 13 players. Also, there is a streamer on the other side, he had a 6 people squad. 4+2 or 3+3 I am not sure, but that means they already had at least one squad before the 3 extra players joined in.
