Seems like a lot of people are against having combined matchmaking. Several factions in a single battle. Because it may damage “historical accuracy”.
So most of you honestly support the idea of new campaigns and each one having its own matchmaking / progression system?
Then I want to make a bet, that these changes will happen in the near future (Let’s it give it a span of 1-2 years)
They’re going to implement a feature that’s going to combine matchmaking for several factions. Rather than have different matchmaking for each campaign.
That they will revamp the progression system to faction-based rather than campaign-based progress. (Because if they do the part 1, it won’t make sense for them to have 2 different Russian factions from 2 different time periods / campaigns)
Or if not, the consequence being lacking players, long que times for older campaigns. Perhaps players replaced with bots due to low population playerbase. People getting tired of grinding same faction over with each campaign and quitting.
I honestly don’t see a way this game to will exist without a revamped matchmaking + progression structure.
So let’s make it a fun bet, and in the future we can check up on who was the Houdini
especially when grinding is a thing, and the equipment differences within each faction.
pretty much.
i hope for this one.
makes more sense, and above all, we will avoid to see stuff that should come earlier, much, much later than it what should. ( for examples, squad bikes, mechanized infantry, AA and stuff like that which it’s present )
A rts war map of the world with multiple units from generals moving and fighting real time like hng but with way more content would make me a happy gamer in enlisted.
What was your nickname from H&G?
We had some legendary Generals in Axis faction before the implementation of ressources stockpiles. Mainly they were very wealthy individuals with countless of squads that could single handedly hold a whole front by themselves. Ah, the “snakes” of troops it made on the map when they moved their armies…
