Which underused squad/weapon//vehicle are you going to play first with the merge?

I’m thinking:

  • Stalingrad flamethrower tanks - they were too weak vs mid-high tier tanks but at lowerst br they could be pretty cool at fighting against infantry
  • Stalingrad BT-7A (F-32) - lower BR than 76mm T-34, similar turret but at the cost of the armor this should be pretty fun
  • Soviet M3 Medium - since i won’t be forced to fight against panzers iv
  • Winchester - no need to explain, it’s just pure fun but now with less full auto rifles going against you
  • M8 Scott should be way more viable with no enemy long 75mm/88mm to ruin your day + i’ve heard you could deploy 2 of them as long as you grinded both Normandy and Pacific
  • Crusader - no pesky Panzers that instagib your flimsy metal box
  • Both Tunisia Flamethrower premium squads - send the prayers to the soviets and japanese
  • Hopefully Matilda and BA-11 are going to be on sale at some point i would like to have them. I’m wondering how good Churchill are going to get and what will happen to it and Matilda after the devs going to add actual UK as a nation (probably nothing like with WT)

im honestly just excited that everything will be usable to an extent again, like finally bringing back out the pz.38(t) or very early MG’s while (fingers crossed) having an enjoyable match again

ZK-383, VG 1-5 and other guns you can see… nowhere else…

I don’t expect to use all these together necessarily, but all of them should be low to mid range BR.

  • StG-45M squad
  • Lebel and/or Italian marines
  • MKb engineers x2
  • MG-30 squad
  • HEAT Pz. IIIN
  • HEAT StuG III
  • Flakpanzer
  • Best Stuka I can equip without increasing BR
  • Best BF-109 I can equip without increasing BR

What makes you think that? I think those tank are very likely to meet short barrel panzer 4.

I’ll take all the equipment on BR 1.0 and go to Berlin or Normandy.

I was meant to write about short 75mm, so yeah short 75mm of pz3/4 is not a problem since it has less pen, post dmg compared to long 75mm and also it’s armor is not as durable as PZ4F1/F2/G. Crusader should be lower tier than Grant yeah it has better mobility and smaller profile but has zero armor and mediocre gun, i still like it more than Grant due the agility and better gun depression but it struggles a lot vs infantry and PZ3N and PZ4F2.

All armies of the same nation going to merge into one, instead 5 Axis Germans you will have one Axis Germany

Short 75mm have much more post damage than long 75mm, it can easily one shot tank.

PZ4F1 is also have short 75.

I will say that M3 medium have better chance against short barrel panzer4 since M3 medium has better armor, but crusader will still be instagib by those short barrel panzer4.

This one sure is lower BR and funny to use

I dont think this one is lower BR but more medium because the 76 f32 is able to kill all german tank currently usable, still good choice

The lee/grant are sure medium BR they overperforming all early campaign tank of moscow,normandy and tunisia, good for bunker roleplay but bad for tank to tank combat for me

I think even this one is medium BR allies have already tons of sturt and brithis tank who are very lower-BR tank even in warthunder, so i think it gonna be harsh to use (same TD)

Medium BR it can fight withaut issue pz4 f2 and G, a solid choice

this one is endgame they come with currently endgame flamethrowers, so have sweetlord matches printed on it already be carefull

Those for sure like warthunder are early BR and gonna give you a lot of fun

Personally im going waiting the BR for see how the equipment is divided and after i choice what early-mid BR equipment i want main and upgrade for my normal session

after the merge, i can get my hands on the german rider squad and perhaps starts using the italians and make an entire italian units preset.

that’s about it for me to be honest.

as i managed to make somewhat historical loadouts for every campaign i’m mostly good.
hence i’m just missing the italians. and ma bike though.

but now that i think about it, i’ll finally be able to achieve my mechanized units for the germans and USA.
( hoping that the next-next update, halftracks will get introduced instead of light armored vehicles. still, i love them both, but i rather ger halftracks first )

to create my panzergrenadiers and rangers self made division to use in battles.

Ps mp34 is back on the menu boys.

I will do a low tier pre set, with mostly old premium squads and or free to play weapons of low tier, for example mp28

Tanks like panzer 3b, or T60,will shine again.Hopefully :slight_smile:

Besides of all low level tanks/planes:

I’m really looking forward to use Bolt-Action extensively. I have stocked every single BA and upgraded them to max.

But also some cool premiums like PPT-27, MP-18 and event squads like the Anti-tank Battalion in Moscow.

At the moment I having a very good time playing with these guys:
Shotgun

Somewhat usable today due to the nature of Stalingrad but will be fun after merge I hope (Even though shotguns needs an overhaul, decrease/remove dispersion etc.).

Looking forward to this merge massively. Mid-BR will be my favorite place, I think.

T-60000000000, baby!!! And AB41, pz2… those fun tiny vehicles!

And lots and lots of mannlichers, Winchesters and USMC Springs! Plus premium riflemen squads to properly act as low lvl canon fodder.

well. its not unsed now. I still like taking the panzer II and flak panzer out for funzie.

But it will be much better after merge. no worries about t-34s

The way you describe, I don’t think it will. it doesn’t constitute the logical relationship to shine.

Players in the advanced squad they equip a 3B in order not to face the t-34,

well, even if they don’t equip the 3B, the enemies they face are no different. What’s more, their opponents T-26 or BT are not idle roles.

According to you, that the weaker enemy that makes the weapon shine.

But the fact, as me, the player wants to shine, I am driving a T-70 to ambush and defeat 2 Panther tanks like in history. This is the sparkle I want.
