Weapon which has to fire supressivly (?) and mow enemies. Weapon, which if took good position, can stop enemy’s offensive.
then you’re comparing apples to oranges since BAR is an automatic rifle while the MGs are well MGs

Since BAR in our game is MG, this comparison is right.

Like MG42 is more of an mg than the bar a2 (I forgot the name)
This post only shows how strange decisions devs make. MG34 / MG42 vs BAR wtf?
BAR vs FG42 and M1919A6 vs MG34 / MG42 would be far better matchups in my opinion.
MG42 obviously also you can get it by engineer.
But M1919 doesn’t exist and BAR is MG in Enlisted.
And that’s the problem. It should have been introduced at the start of the normandy campaign development. Instead Allies have 3 BARs because reasons.

I hope they remove the Bren from the Normandy campaign, and have a M1919 Browning unlock after the 2 BAR’s.
