Mandatory blues or more neon green-looking uniforms.

Nowhere.
Customization system is and always has been:

  1. bugged
  2. badly designed

so I have no reason to spend anything there.

Ok, I bought like 5 hats. Because those german ushankas (with ear peaces up) from stalingrad look super goofy.

I also think it needs total rework but i have gotten tons customization orders and i like buying new clothes to my soldiers. The most irritating thing is that we have to individually buy clothes for all campaigns

I mostly play Allies so most of my customizations are on them. I got all of the customization cards through events and the battlepasses.

I buy mainly British and American costumes. I am a player who mainly plays Allied countries.

Agreed.
The quality of the costumes for the game is honestly not very good.
I’ve heard rumors that there was a time when the game was historically accurate, but I’m surprised that none of the 101st Airborne Division costumes are equipped with amo pouches, etc.

There is no ScreenShot, but I thought their clothes looked bad so I replaced them with different clothes equipped with amo pouches and backpacks, but it is no longer a paratrooper’s jacket.
I am waiting for Darkflow to add a historically accurate and good looking costume.

I couldn’t care less how my soldiers look like, so I don’t use customisation orders. I only changed hats to helmets and put on armour plates on all my soviet soldiers, as this provides better damage protection

I respect the opinion of those who spend time (and perhaps money) customizing soldiers and uniforms and finding fun in it.
I can only play a few hours on the weekends and I don’t have the time (or motivation) to customize the soldiers (names, faces, uniforms, etc.) because the game is already quite complicated with all the rest of the things. I don’t use customisation orders.

What I would not like to see happen to Enlisted is to go to the other extreme, where the battlefield looks more like a fashion show or like Fortnite.
I think both sides should have a certain guideline so that the uniforms are recognizable as friends or enemies without having to memorize a catalog of 100 uniforms to know who to shoot (and please don’t give me the speech of “… see the little arrow above the head of each friendly player …”)

I think it would be appropriate to say that uniforms should also have the appropriate color/camouflage for the map to be played (we no longer have control over the map to be played), to prevent the uniforms from highlighting the soldier instead of hiding him (for example, soldiers with uniforms for snow when the map has no snow or very little snow)
