played all factions and most of the gun are fun to use until you experience using armaguerra mod39 and G41.
vg1-5 is fun and effective when used by a player but when used by the bot squadmates it became useless because of its low damage and the firing pattern of bots using it versus bots with rifles with one shot capabilities.
The G41 is literally getting buffed in the upcoming update in a few days.
Yeah. They are increasing its damage, its in the patchnotes.
The patch notes for weapon buffs are buried in a very long post, so I don’t blame you for not seeing them. These are the current changes on the test server for the G41.
Gewehr 41: Damage 12 → 12.7
Gewehr 41 (M): Damage 14.4 → 15.3
While the damage increase is nice and all, I think most people were hoping for a reload speed decrease as well. The Japanese Type 4 Rifle also has a dual clip reload like the G41 but it’s 4.0s compared to the G41’s 4.8s. Both guns feel bad when you’re against the SVT-38 with a 2.6s reload, but Soviet supremacy right?
Wasnt it also reduced or something? I could bet I read somewhere half a second faster reloads, m8ght have been a instead suggestion tho.
