If this ability already exists, I have been unable to find it.
Without being able to see each candidates perks, how am I supposed to know which one I would prefer?
Seems like a nice UI would show me their existing perks when I hover over their card.

Yeah that’s a good idea - have been thinking that recently when getting some higher star pilots that I want to keep the ones that already have flight related perks, and tankers with more tank related perks too.

Agree… On tankers and fighters I always had to seek for the names and see manually the ones that had better tank or plane perks.
Once they are in training at the academy, is there somewhere you can go to see their perks?
You should perhaps make your choice BEFORE starting the training, and let your favorite soldier be on top (or bottom, as you prefer), so you know where to find him later.

I tried this. Unfortunately, once training starts, it reorders the soldiers in alphabetical order.
