Kind of looks like an M3 Grease gun. The US did supply Grease guns in the lend lease act. The picture is just blurry enough that it would be hard to be sure what it is.
Of course, it looks like maybe there is a sight on the end of the barrel on the gun in the picture, and if so it wouldn’t be a Grease gun. Maybe the MP 38 as someone else has pointed out.
