Whats the best order of gun levels for a gungame mod? (or your opinion)

Hello comrades!

I am currently creating my first gungame mod. I already chose the guns which i wanted to use, now the question is, which order of gun types is your favorite? :wink:

I thought of it being like:

Rifles < semi autos < submachineguns < assault rifles < machineguns.

Would you like that order? Its like the guns getting bigger

I’d put MGs before ARs as they are not great.

Wouldnt the litle rising difficulty fit into the end levels? So you think it should become easier ?

Generally in gungames you get better equipment the further you go. At least from my experience.

doesnt really matter. there are also gungames that have better weapons at start so that worse players can catch up to leader. there are also some with kinda random order and some that require last kill with knife.

jokes aside, usually, ( even though i haven’t done many )

i would put better guns at first, and worse guns down the line in order to make it a bit challenging and make the matches last a bit longer.

but that’s imo.

so, assault rifles < smgs < lmgs < side arms and end up with melees.

or, as @robihr said, a mix would be better and fairly more enjoyable.

even though, the match might last a bit less.

At least until the very last levels of equipment. Usually it is something difficult to let others catch up unless you are good enough to get away with a knife kill etc
