They balanced the arty, the planes, and the tanks to less damage because they realized they were too overpowered.

What’s bad is that instead of weakening the aircraft, two attack aircraft are allowed. The defensive side’s kamikaze attack is stronger

Dont see anything on attacker planes in the update.
“The amount of active aircraft allowed in battle has been changed to a maximum of two (simultaneously) per side.”
Which is the case already but there where some maps that allowed 3 planes.
