We have the Lewis, 30 Cal, Bren
So what do we want? Allied US 30 Cal? Allied UK Bren or Lewis.

.30 1919A4 makes the most sense since it’s belt fed
Alternatively, rather than an el cheapo place holder we’ve had thusfar, the Engineer should build belt fed HMG/SFMG positions, so MG34/42 on their lafette, a .30cal water cooled Browning on tripod, or the Soviet Maxim now implemented in Stalingrad, but not visibly belt fed, which is disappointing. These SFMGs should retain the current barrel overheating mechanic until such time as Gaijin can implement barrel changes for those MGs which utilised them. The water cooled HMGs can retain the current heat indicator mechanic.
Maxim for Moscow, SG-43 for Berlin.
Also extra option for Soviet with DShK on tripod.
if engineer could build 12,7 HMG which is good against vehicles as puma and infantry that would be great and all factions could have such a similar thing depending IF and what they actually used
Yep is cool, but i dont wont enginer buldings like this beign loked behind a squad tier, is just stupid, wait for an enginer 3 for a machinegun with a anti-armor round, In meantime i have unlocked better anti-armor weapon
Any improvements to Inf AT weaponry will require that the devs de-clutter (some of the wreck positioning is downright stupid ) the maps and significantly flatten them out to allow vehicles some modicum of maneouvre.
As it stands most vehicle users fight the terrain 50% of the time. Infact other than in Normandy and Berlin where the tank turret traverse gets a bit better, the infantry tend to out run or out jump the ability of the traverse and elevation mechanisms on the tank - that’s a pretty shitty implementation of infantry movement and if they’re pissfarting about with stamina systems for weapon handling I hope they bring the nerf bat ultra hard on the bunny hoppers.
M2 for USA and British, DSHK for Russians
Honestly for anti-infantry the regular mounted MGs are probably better, less recoil and they are pretty deadly as it is even if a .50 cal is a 1 shot kill.
