Grind sucks.
You realize that when you finish it.
Now, I have fun experimenting with different squads lineup, I use less meta, but funny squads.
You will never see me with 3 assaulters squads, or 3 riflemen squads using only SF rifles. Those are only effective.
You will see me with Volks Lebel squads, with rare event squads or often in the air as a fighter pilot.
What puzzled me from that show is why Admiral Gloval faked his death in the SDF1 and came back as captain Nemo.
I like grind because of progress. It creates a pleasant chemical reactions in my brain.
Yes, that is my motivation as well!
I have 3 more to complete, but I don’t think I can accomplish it in the next 10 days. 
I like the end of all grind, because it means success.
