Armored train on wheels.
feels like AI slopfication to be honest.
but in theory, it’s based on the Mercedes-Benz L 4500 A with extra armor
( no idea why the AI gave it a cannon in the cabin )
and it has an AA Flak 36
but some also mounted flak 37s or 38s
the one above was photographed in dreux ( Eure-et-Loir ) 1944 .

Yeah Couldn’t find it through Google Lens albeit the Google AI told me it was a Panhard 178 and Grok a Sd.Kfz. 231.

it could be the rarer longer version
problem is,
all have a fixed windshield.
not as the " curtains " type shown above.
and, the barrell doesn’t go beyond the cabin.
… could be a further proto since, most were field modifications and not fully fledged productions.
