Radiomen who call heavy airstrikes right at the start of the match, wasting the strike ability and delaying the team’s advance.
Players who place barbed wire inside the windows of spawn points or defense zones, trapping their own teammates.
Players who throw molotov cocktails at friendly troops.
Tank drivers who grab tanks despite not meeting the required battle rating, only to rush out and get destroyed instantly.
Snipers who camp in the backlines aimlessly for the entire match, secure barely any kills, and refuse to defend capture points when they come under attack.

This morning I played Germany and the US at BR 2 to 3 for ages. I noticed the top two players on my team scored between 5,000 and 9,000 points, but there’s a massive score gap after them—everyone else only got 1,000 to 3,000 points.
I just can’t figure out what my teammates are doing half the time. It raised my blood pressure so bad I had to take blood pressure medicine. I came here specially to talk with everyone and figure out what’s going on with this issue
They really need to make introductory videos about basic (and I mean basic) tactics for new players so that we at least have teammates that have an idea on how to play the game. The number of players that don’t rush to the point to capture / defend or flank to cut off enemy reinforcements is astounding.
Oh, and rallies too. If you don’t have engineers, that’s fine, but in a BR III game and above there’s no excuse for no rallies as everyone should have unlocked an engineer at this point.
What grinds my gears is when one (or both, as I had the missfortune of finding last Tunisia game I had,) of the tankers just sits in the backline, hogging the tank slot, but barely does anything with it.
If we’re eight minutes into a offensive game, the first point was taken after much pain and now we’re stuck on second, you’re on your first life, spawned a tank, and have zero to five kills…? Please go ahead and die so I can spawn my premium Churchill and actually win the match…
Players who in general are too retarded to read the minimap, react and adjust their behavior to support the team (a broader category than the camping snipers, also includes the “one player at the cap, everyone else is camping, chilling 20m from the cap or ‘flanking’ while the enemy overruns the cap”- scenarios)
Players who hog the fighter slot while the enemy air power is completely fucking your team over, yet refuse to go after the enemy planes. Bonus if they just strafe with guns for 4 kills from 20 mins of flying.
Players flying attackers while your team is bitterly fighting to survive on the caps, while they have no fucking clue what to bomb and achieve absolutely nothing useful. Then they aggressively spam “Need enemy coordinates”, ignore said coordinates or worse yet start shit talking in the chat because they are too useless to observe the battlefield and think they deserve spoon fed kills while the useful team members are too busy to also carry their fat pilot ass.
Sounds like you do not know about engineering. You place the wire under the windows for when the other team goes through the window. This reminds of a guy I played with complaining about me building tank traps in the cap. The best part is I will not even explain why because if you don’t get it, you don’t get why someone would wire a window. My engineering has won our team many victores. On a side note I do not build under windows its better to build a wire track on the AI’s pathing. Sandbags block a window a way better. If you are talking about people who wire the back end of a cap then “yes” that is a dick move. Engineers win games. They are the unsung unrewarded players. I get 100+ almost every other match with a hammer.
The number one mistake is people not building rally points. FULL STOP.
The heavy strike thing is really annoying. It is worse when they pull that crap on defense and you are defending the last capture.
All tank drivers are victims, who are you to determine who gets to use a tank and who does not? Does my vet status maxxed everything mean I should get the tank? I would have changed that to people who camp the grey zone in a tank. Dying in a tank does not require any skill that is the person destroying the tank.
So you are mad a sniper is hiding and sniping people from far away? Are you suggesting they get up close and try to shoot people with a scope at close range?
For me it would be players who trap their entire team in a single attic were the bots are unable to leave.
It just kills all the momentum your team was holding as now I am stuck babysitting/ suiciding my entire squad for the next minute or two instead of playing the game.
camping tanks… Useless idiots. I detest shitkids that chatspam , we need a rallypoint and do no engineering themselves. Dumb teams that do not mark a tank etc etc … Barbed wire engineering is destroyed the moment i see it.
Yes, this is the biggest mistake ever! I have seen more than a few matches lost this way. NEVER build a rally in an attic. Even putting them on the second floor is a problem for the AI.
You haven’t experienced disappointment until you met a player who swore by this tactic and justified it… only to watch his relays and he continuously does it every time he can.
It is usually on the Normandy town map. That has to be the one thing that actually does pisses me off. They have a hard time navigating the windows and hole in the floor.
This reminds me that spawn points are built in attics and spots only paratroopers can reach.
The dumb AI will never jump down through attic openings or leap from high ground.
It’s just like the old issue on the Berlin map where AI would never wade across water except via bridges, and this problem still hasn’t been fixed to this day.
The new Normandy map has that issue with a wall that is a hair outside the cap. So all the bots stack on the wall without touching the cap. It was super annoying.
