Well yes almost bot, soviet playerbase in berlin is almost dead, that because the usual soviet hardcore player switched to germany for farm german high-end gear before the merge drop

A good reason to stay away from USSR Berlin right now as look at those ranks. Its mostly noobs and bots to the point that Berlin is just unplayable.
