Passive mode, the only attack when attacked

Means your soldiers won’t open fire without being told to or something like that, it’s behaviour setting for your squad when it’s not there your squad is aggressive and will fire at anything that moves, when the symbol is there (which will only appear if you have changed the setting) puts them on passive

How do you even set them to passive?
I never knew there was a Q and E selection there. Learned something new today!
