What is a actualy HMG nest, it,s truly OP? How we make AA strong enough. check out the theorys about engenier squad

this come for some topics i alerdy discused, but i organized here because i thick it is conected to each other. and come very handing whit the fact everboby complaing about bombers being OP. maybe in this brainstorimng come something usefull

We have the tanks, period. how have a HMG, armor and motor. sounds OP? of course not.

then you have a HMG nest how is exposed to snipers (so they able to silice the HMG), how have 0 mobility, whith is very bad. and need be build. (also they angle of fire may be very fucking limited compared the the tank HMG if devs what so)

the question is, will be OP if build by any squad? good question. maybe for not spawn then everwhere, so must be build by engenier squad.

the point is whith those Monsters, we can have one less AA. and make it have ALOT more ammo. AA require tons of ammo to do properly anti air role. 10 bullets more 40 bullets (if not mistaken) is VERY little for AA role.

AA must have at least 50 rounds loaded, and 500 rounds to reload. extend the reload time (to not be OP). there where AA guns around 10000 bullets at WWII, still i not agaist use it agaist infantry, since i am a hardcore gamer, and i don,t care. still more ammo will improve the anti infantry capabilitys of the AA gun. what is dangerous. but in my opnion necessary to take aircraft down.

another important sugestion is that engeniers get new stationary weapows has the player advance in capaign, because one thing is making a AA firing to rifle squads, another is AA firing MG42 and MP44 soldiers (i know sturmghewer is not in the game YET), how can fire back prety whith same fire power.

for exemple, a hipotical beguiner engenier squad how got a very tiny anti tank weapow, maybe no AA, and a HMG how warm up quick, but get some sirius fire power has the campaing advance.

a more advanced engenier will got some sirius Stationay weapow. how this works? (make it choose has you choose tanks and planes)

so. I think it,s very interesting have this sistem in engeniers squads. both for realism (since russians and americans got other stationary weapowns), good the devs, more things to us buy. and will flexibilize our arsenal prety alot. make it more easy to nerf or increse it fire power.

another thing, i also debated here in the forums, is how we put bots work to build fortications,stationary,etc,etc. we actualy have the build order pressing X whit the hammer, but the bots not actualy do it very well. so a simple thing is add a message (thats right a message) that you sucessifull assinged the order to the engenier. so you place the order press X and assing ONE engenier.

if you press again, 2 engeniers. aiming the construction will show how many are building this point.

Even if they where stationary weapows they must Move, yes. that,s right. crew whith TWO crewman and then by muscle. they can move VERY slow, but enough to get a better angle of fire. what will help, if you builded in bad spot, or if you are prepering to defend from other angle.

people love dog fights, and we actualy need then, it,s not a matter of only fun, it,s a matter of not having bomb raining all time, so make a fighter slot always reedy, so the team ALWAYS able to deploy a fighter to make the bomber at least pined to evasive manuavers all time. what will decrease they acuracy considerable. another thing is, give more score for people blowing up the aircraft, it,s quite very low rewarding and that encourage people of firiing AA in infantry.

Helmets, and prone protection has a topic o builded very well debated. it is interesting you move to this topic to see more details. but it is about a armor slot (helmet slot to be true, athough later in campaing you get boby armor whit existed in WWII but very rare and quite not fuction agaist rilfe but very agaist low calibre SMG), the helmet will cost 1 bronze card, and will give protection agaist explosives making you get less pinned, and wile in prone will decrese ever more the damage of explosives.

I am not agaist bombers get teamkill. it,s war. whit all the sugestions above. AA more ammo, HMG to fire infantry so AA do it,s job agaist infantry, Helmets, Prone protection, compulsive fighter, and new stationary weapows. sure it will be no problem to stay the bomber has it is. has long we have the means to take it down.

COUTER IT NOT NERF IT. guess you guys undestood the moto. they are alerdy somewhere loose in the topics, all the shiet i posted here. just mixed it up because got conection to a problem everboby complaning. the bomber being OP.

the first one, also fighters have bombs or rockets. doesn’t make much change to be honest. considering that fighters and bombers are already separated in different class usage ( 2 planes can be used, which 1 it’s a fighter and the other one is a bomber )

and lastly, helmets or armor do not protect anything.
perhaps pistol rounds and other smgs. but they ditched armor after ww1. only the russians kept using those with little to no effect.

in a game like enlisted, considerign that the majority are made of bolt action, you are just food for the crows/worms since you walk instead of sprinting ( due to the weight ) and don’t " survive " from a lot of shots.

the helmets did not protect you agaist bullet,s (rarely you survive a head shoot whit the aid of a helmet) but they where disinged in WWI to protect you head form the shockwave so you get less pinned.

check the topic, alot of historical arguments there. i very inteligent discusion in my opnion.

enlisted it’s not meant to be " historical accurate " in the first place.

and never will be unfortunately.

for that said reason, you end up being " dead weight " even before reaching the combat zone.

lastly, we already have vitality perk that does that already.

bigger maps are needed. Hate to point out Battlefield but one thing they had right. in the Beginning was large maps. Not hard to increase the distance between caps. Make more use of the car’s/ trucks to get around. At the moment Enlisted feels more like a upgraded pre 2k Medal of honor game then anything.

you talking about mechanized infantry? maybe a tier 3 Assaulter squad come in a vehicle? how knows.

naw they already have cars and trucks on the map. just use those.

Though a parachute company would be nice also.
