What happens in enlisted in the next 2y (speculation)

today I would like to offer an interesting starting point to reflect on what will happen in the next two years as we move on to the cold war.

first of all, with the switch to national tech tree and merger of campaigns it became impossible for the to suck our money through mindless copy and paste grind, this means that:

It’s necessary for to find a new way to get money out of your ATM and keep you grind

and what are these ways you might be wondering? in my opinion they are quite simple what has already happened in warthunder:

1. adding new premiums with captured equipment

2. increase in research points needed to unlock certain pieces of equipment with increase in BR for justify it

3. gameplay modification especially to the maps to include what has been neglected until now: paratroopers, mechanized infantry and the navy (and to sell their premiums in super expensive boundles)

4. adding minor factions to the main faction tech trees as both overpriced premiums and free to units research

5. addition of promotions and boundles in certain events to sell premium units with limited availability

for all this I think it will take at least 2 years after that the game will be complete or almost complete with ww2 related content and development will move towards cold war mostly korean war adding new grinds new content premiums etc…

enlisted has huge potential both as a game and as a paid content sales and I hope both are exploited to the maximum and not to the minimum. thanks for your attention

Nah at least for this, in normal matchmaking the faction are historically accurate, it mean no german or soviet in the pacific and no japanese in Europe

But there are always costum match

I think is easy to solve, if you equip the m16 or another cold war equipment you get sended in cold war map

Or whe get the nato faction

Why not make the same with ww2 weapons and maps? We do it once, why not more.

Actually the new MM was announced like this at first by helper, idk what happened later

Imo that helper said what he thought what will happen (based on the news) and later keo made it clear that it’s not the case.
So those were his thoughts, not anything official.

• bigger map. already exist in game. 20v20 large map battle mode

The main and unique game mode requires all players to fight each other on gigantic maps that can support the beauty of over 100 players per faction by staging immense battles for the domination of mars allowing real-time players to fight on foot on tanks or V-TOL aircraft.
Where does all this lead to? why not create the frontline mode? a mode where 50v50 players at the command of their teams fight for the domination of moscow and its suburban areas, the beaches of normandy and neighboring territories,

• new game mode which can replacing current protagonist status of the 200m pewpewpew mode.

with SPAWN SCORE mechanism copy from the CRSED SOUL SCORES. this had better happen in recent months.

• auto match maker for custom games.

• transport vehicle. (Many players have asked for it over and over again)

• more stationary support weapons, and towed artillery.

• stationary weapons with towed mechanism (similar to the fuel box of Churchill crocodile in War Thunder)

• Self-Propelled Artillery (War Thunder lacks such a role)

with ability to aim and shoot indirectly simlar to the mortar

• big campaign event simlar to War Thunder World War Mode.

with multiplies bigger map games in big map with 20v20

End game with a meaning.

like heroes and generals RTS system, where factions fight for the land.
every batle as an action in the map. then “generals” playing the rts part send reinforcements to the ongoing batles or push into the next one.

this way. every faction one plays , and every batle he plays on , has a meaning, besides win/loose - next

I don’t know. I remember seeing videos of the rts mode in warthunder and people playing it.

Isn’t a live mode? Or like seasonal event?

You gotta admit. The devs are sitting on a gold mine. If they play their cards right they can make new content for years and years. They are not tied to a conflict or war. It’s “enlisted” and covers all 20rh century wars. Should get interesting.
