It is abundantly clear that no equipment will ever be replaced nor will there be any leveling rework but please:
I know it’s a huge request and it probably takes a lot of time to get right but consider a matchmaking system.
Having 80% marshall team on one side and getting stomped every match is everything but fun.
Inb4 flank and rally point argument.
The balance of this game is a piece of shit.
The Battle of Moscow, the Germans were brutally beaten.
In the Battle of Normandy, the U.S. military was forever beaten.
In the Tunisia campaign, Italy was all bots
Stalingrad, the German army is full of bots
In the Pacific campaign, Japanese bots are not enough to brush

But !!! i think too that matchmaking system is needed, but maybe not according to your imagination. They should reduce reinforcement point for wining team (wich is easy to make and can bring new balance issues) or make AI that replace disconected player stronger (use of advanced weapons)

EDIT2: Soo yea matchmaker (with balanced behavior or at least with one full team vs second full team) is really needed but i dont want to wait 10 min. for one battle …
Nah is good but it depends on many factors that cannot be fulfilled in every battle.
and many more reasons …
EDIT: If we think about it even more games with players that dont have equimed planes for example, vs team that had planes equimed is another factor wich can be eliminated with bots who actually use proper vehicles (and i m sure that they can because i had bugged games were i cannot move and my AI rode a tank or plane)

This is the most fundamental reason
reason to what ? If you mean bad balance, yea as right know it is what it is … If bots were at least equipped with better gear than 3 rifles + 1 smg and used tanks/planes it will be something else (if it wasnt enough they should at least flank sometimes)
I find that if you team up with a few other good players you can win fairly easily. So maybe try that?

We can play together if we happen to be on at the same time. I’m an average player at best but I’m better than a bot.
I recommend two options and to answer the topic, the game is fun if you play under your terms
Leave a game that doesn’t look like it will be fun. We play video games for fun
Join a discord server and play with a partner or a party. Your chances of success are significantly greater and being a multiplayer game, this is the best experience
If the game is not fun, play a different game or come back after more updates
The reason Axis are winning cause Alies dont know how to fly and are playing other maps cause Germens left leaving alies to play bots I my self have been gone around a year of it. I came back around 5 or 6 mouths after they gave gunners to the ju188
All in all, I think investing so many resources just to accompany the BOT to be beaten is too inhumane
