The numbers are the minimum required amount of researches before you can progress into the next tier. The only time this really matters is in the case of some weapons being in the same BR, but a tier higher (so a BR II weapon in Tier III ). Otherwise, you’ll likely just grind out the entire tree.
So once I finish Chi-Ha I can start the Engi 2 present in the event? That makes much more sense than what the bottom left tells me (“Completed research tier 3”). Thank you!
I would try to use the planes as much as possible because people are using tanks non stop and grinding those plane squads to max in regular matches are impossible
