Then this is kind of pointless.

The Emancipation Proclamation took less than three months from the announcement of the draft to the official announcement.Although, to this day, it has not been followed through.
And it’s been more than 3-5 months since we released the draft. But now we still don’t have a concrete proposal. (Not a version update, but the release of specific rule clauses, like food, daily necessities, or electrical appliance manuals).
People are waiting 1 to 3 weeks because of the trust in james.
1 week had gone , just as the Autumn Pass has completed 31/75 levels
Thats how some choose to do it. Id say there is an argument to be made for positioning and reading the eb and flow. Keeping the AI numbers under control can be a part of it, there’s farming, and then there is moving the pivot point.
Just rush the objective and yeet explosives untill it’s empty.
The only “tactical” thing in the whole game is positioning and locating rally points. Everything else is on monkey level of complexity.
Though maybe I don’t know something.
that’s pretty embarrassing considering how poorly the majority do at it
Id say there is a degree of “unappreciated” complexity that people are generally pretty poor at. Like awareness, knowing how to Line of sight on approach, Knowing, when to switch, knowing when to push, knowing when to hold. Most of this is ignored and becomes a Mindless cluster fuck of charging down the guns. (none of this is really that unique to enlisted though. just in general)
Yeah, but it reflects reality kinda good.
I really don’t know what your expecting. If you want some tactical experience, go play some swat simulator lol.
Generally ppl do what is the most costeffective.
So I guess this concludes our discussion about how much skill enlisted demands.
Even BF has 10 times more place for tactics than this game.
I don’t know why you mention simulators.
Do they? my experience is generally the opposite; they mostly trade poorly and throw tickets away. Unless you meant something else
It is competitive because it rewards winning, but it isn’t
Although winning doesn’t immediately mean the player is competitive, you can win even if you place as 10th place so as long as you’re in the winning team , even if you had only 10 kills while your top player scored 200+ kills, you can get the same reward as the 1st guy without doing the same amount of effort
Enlisted is a game that tries to emulate competitive gameplay by bringing a progression incentive, however it doesn’t fairly reward competitive players that makes it truly deserving the title of a competitive game
Kills / experience they get for the ammount of actions / thinking they have to put in.
This is why meta exists.
If throwing away tickets means more exp, ppl will do it. And funny thing is that it does but fortunayelly not everybody knows it.
Enlisted games have 2 sides, and one of htem wins and one of htem loses - so it is a competition and hence competitive.
Or is there some other definition of “competitive” I don’t know about?
i mean ( and should have convey the message better: ), transforming this game to be roughly in line with other competitive games, despite not being one.
nor have the " right " cards.
in my opinion, enlisted is not meant to be a competitive game, nor should be.
i just struggle to see why it should become one. or act like one.
P.S.
pvp aren’t always competitive in the sense of elos, rewards etc.
not necessarely are the type of kind of competitive game. not like as ““valorant”” cs,go, rainbow six, and what not.
almost in a sense of making it e-sports like.
50% win xp bonus
for which 2 teams compete
but most of those teams are bots
I think there should be both
I find giving a direct order to an individual soldier helps with them following through with the build order rather just just a broad squad order.
Depends on the setup but can be negated by splitting up your men the best you can while also digging trenches for them or playing more around the outside edge of the objective to avoid the booms. But I can agree people get too carried away in empty lobbies thinking they are the next FPS god lol
Last time I checked AI didn’t recognize trenches as cover. Though it was a while ago.
Potentially, he has more vehicles and weapons than other games, technically Enlisted Tim adding new vehicles from WT should be much faster than his competitors (it already has a lot of working models, such as KV2, Sdkfz , GzAAA).
Fairly good game graphics, large maps (starting from CRSED), and pretty good map scene, especially at sunset and sunrise in certain weather conditions. It’s a pity that DF can’t give full play to his advantage.
I think gaijin and DF are better at certain techniques than most of his WW2 FP2 competitors.
The disadvantage is that the random matching game mode itself is boring, lacks strategy, cannot apply his large map, and he does not retain players. It reflects that the number of live broadcasts and player retention rate of this F2P game are very low. I’m not saying how many players on the forum claim they like it, most players don’t come to the forum.
But I’m still waiting for this game to fulfill his potential. Or rather I’m waiting for his competitors to beat him here. For example, I am waiting for the WW2 version of battlebit and the steam workshop or something like that.
He can be a competitive game, but sadly he’s not right now.
They claim the game has variety, yes they recently updated with 5 new weapons, but most of that variety is meh. In fact games have never had variety.
According to the data obtained from the replay website, this game has at least 20%~30% or even higher pure PvE battles. Pure PvE means that there are no human players on one side. Fights where the human player count is unbalanced approach or exceed 50%.
Is this something a competitive game should have?
In addition, the flaw of the game rules, I am talking about the unlimited part, you have almost countless ways to farm all experience in the game. Due to the lack of game rules and the unbalanced number of people, the game battles are chaotic most of the time. Players will only choose the best weapon with the most explosions.
Occasionally you will get all the cases in the game where you work hard and cooperate with your teammates to win, but most of the time the game is boring, the outcome is already determined, your efforts have almost nothing to do with the outcome of the game, and you cannot form cooperation with your teammates.

In my understand, the OP question is ambiguous. It has two meanings.
-
In the game market, why do I choose to play Enlisted instead of other WW2 or FPS games? It’s about competitiveness in the consumer-facing game market;
-
About Enlisted game content and the competitive nature of his game rules.
My answer is from two aspects
Because stupid AI can make anyone “competitive” in normal matches
Actually, I can only feel the 200ms ping in matches which have more than 5 high level players, thanks to those silly ai.
HA has sunk for 2 years and few players preferred persuading devs to leaving the game or remaining silent.
At least on my common-used video and live streaming websites, the popularity of this game has been less than 1% of what it was three years ago.
Well, between BF5 and HLL, perhaps the only things that attract me is the Eastern Front, mod editor, so-so vehicle physical system and nice optimization.
How this game would be, if developers decided to move it towards high-definition improved version of multi-campaign(possibly from World War I to modern warfare) RO2? We will never know.
