We already know what the new premium aircraft are and I’m just wondering what other aircraft they could use for the event vehicles, I’d say my best guess for the Allies would be a Corsair but there’s no way they wouldn’t make that plane a premium unit.

Sm-92 for tunisia axis…the typhoon or the firefly for britain, corsair or hellcat for USA, hs-129 for germany the tupolev-2s for Russia, ki-100 for japan or the ki.83, theres a lot to choose on war thunder, I guess they would add one from there (less work) XD

Odds are it will be an American campaign, either in Pacific or Normandy with likely either a Corsair or Mustang respectively. Germans can get either a Bf 109 or an Fw 190, Japanese can get (hopefully) anything that is not a Zero. Soviet aircraft don’t really get drop tanks so they will kind of get screwed out of another mechanic. I suppose they could give some lend lease stuff, but devs like to make that stuff premium. Personally, I’d like to maybe see P-39 vs Ki 44 with the 40mm cannons and both with drop tanks, but who knows.
My interpretation was that the two showcased vehicles will be premium, but US Pacific and Japan will also get an additional aircraft utilizing the drop tanks via event, like the paratroopers.
