Nothing, it’s just for “decoration”
That’s a shame. I had hoped that it was some kind of bonus experience to completing certain tasks not just a bit of window dressing. Thanks for letting me know.
there are the “hard task” they give you “addtional 2 star” for complete the “third battlepass reward” the normal task (the one withaut the flag) give you only “7 star” usable only for claim “2 reward”
Many months ago task that is now on the bottom was on top with this orange flag, back then it was called as MAIN task (also the easiest to complete) with other 2 just Additional tasks (some of them much harder to complete) as 2nd and 3rd. Someday they were swapped around and now the 2 harder tasks are on top with this orange flag, but overall nothing changed other than visually.
Doesn’t mean that. Said tasks have a description?
Not sure if you were replying to me, but about tasks and description, none of them have or ever had any description attached.
About orange flag this is how it used to look like over half year ago and it was a main task then (I am master of Paint 
):
I am very positive about that order of tasks before as I had my daily routine which looked like that:
I was only completing first tasks and almost always skipping the other 2 (harder tasks) till I finished 7 easiest tasks total, that left me with just 2 additional tasks. After, I used my “change battle task point” what it done was to actually change not only the task, but also change it to easier one with orange flag. Completing that one I was left with only 1 additional task, change battle task again and it become main easy task. That way I was able to complete 9 easy tasks daily completely avoiding the harder tasks.
One day all of a sudden it was completely flipped around and is how it is now, from that day on I started to complete 2 harder tasks and 7 easier.
I must admit that I didn’t even notice these descriptions, perhaps because not all of them have one, like here:
So definitely orange flag does not mean description attached

indeed it isnt. i was just questioning if could be since i wasnt ingame to check it out myself
they are probably leftovers from old way batletasks worked.
