i do some Battles all Day long and fill up the Bars to get this Weappon and Soldier-Copons, but after Hours of Gameplay a dont get this Copons although the Bar is full. Is this normal, wy?
Do you mean the silver or bronze ones?

after change to the shop section it was there, only not in the main page.
Are you F2P or Premium?
F2P only get Battle-Pass 1 coupon per day I think, Premium get 3 - after you have that many you can get no more until hte next day, which starts at 0700 UTC.

It is a bug. Sometimes it take some time until the earned wagers are shown in the main view.
Change to another campaign and then change back and they Ill apear.
Or simply relog the game
It’s a known bug.
Like others said it just take some time server/client to ‘register’ outcome of battle. Its more noticeable when using poor internet connection. When im using mobile phone’s connection i have this ‘bug’ more then when using fiber connection
