Such suggestions have been noticed already. Yet, devs are heavily busy for the new Meta change.
All I can tell you: They are aware of this.

What about chat on console?
Well I hope they are aware of that too IMHO. Lmao what an update if PC players get a desired update but console players are left alone in the rain.
