It’s no secret that the limited number of twitch drops for this game has been hugely successful.
- Drops are a great way to get attention to the game
- You can have drops without giving away huge prizes at the end.
- Shameless plug (drops help the streamers bring in new audiences)
But there’s a couple major issues.
- They were only available for a weekend.
- It’s been over a month since the last drops.
- All comparable games have some form of drops.
My proposal - bring back twitch drops but in a limited sense. Giving away some bronze cards will definitely not break the game balance and a few silver cards at the end of a chain is more than enough incentive for most players. You can still have the big events with this system whenever you’d like but dont’ forget about the people that play the game every day and watch streams every day.
