We need the BR VI

Well, if they’re going to stick with the same mechanic of a lower BR facing a higher one, then BR6 would be viable. But the real problem, I’d say, isn’t that, but the matchmaking. Just to give an example, the uptier system lately is simply ridiculous; it’s more like BR1-3 and BR3-5 (perhaps due to a lack of players).

If they’re not going to modify BR4 by adding high-capacity semi-automatics with higher damage than the automatics, there simply won’t be any balance. The semi-automatics we currently have in BR4 are nothing more than BR3 rifles with better reload speeds.

Other option would be to move the current automatic rifles in the game to BR6 and add high-capacity semi-automatics in BR5. I think this is viable, the 30-round Mondragón, for example, performs quite well if you know how to use it.

Or nerf select fire rifles like they were going to in the previous update before everyone started complaining.

That would be good too. Some rifles in particular were already quite powerful, not to mention the Soviets already have four of these rifles, and I have no doubt they’ll soon demand the 25-round versions. Even their semi-automatics are quite powerful and comfortable to use. The US has a versatile combination thanks to the M2 Carbine, which is practically an assault rifle. Japan has the Type Hei… and that’s the only real BR5 they have. Germany, so far, only maintains the FG42 II as its main rifle. It’s good, but personally, I find its horizontal recoil very annoying, while the FG42 I has the worst vertical recoil, which is why technically nobody uses it.

If the power jumps between each BR would be less severe - then ±0BR MM would be rather unnecessary.

But not only gameplay would benefit from an additional BR - settings would also improve.

Post war and end war prototypes could get banished to BR6, like fake assault rifles, jets, Superpershing and such “cleaning up” BR5 to be still true WW2 gameplay.

My point is simple: there are niches in War Thunder and War Thunder Mobile, which are BR 4.7-5.7 or BR 3-BR 5
But in Enlisted, they’re squeezed out of BR 4, leaving some weaker 4.7-weight vehicles in War Thunder with no future. We only need to stretch the BR.
Moreover, in infantry, the difference between BR4 and BR5 is huge—a 10-round semi-automatic can’t beat a 20-round full-auto. On airplanes, jets are generational dominators.

Actually, there’s no need to expand the level cap. You only need to upgrade overly powerful weapons and downgrade or strengthen weaker ones. Simply expanding the level cap won’t solve anything; you need to analyze each situation individually.

Adding another BR when 2 out 4 faction doesn’t even have proper tech tree rifles (the most standard weapon type) for BR4 is really pathetic.

We definitely don’t need another BR.

Plus achieving ±0 MM should prioritize.

You said expanding BR is unnecessary, so why did War Thunder go from 11.0 to 11.7 and finally become 12.7? …

BR6 is not a solution. Not in a way that we just push things that are stronger than average BR5 equipment up with a BR. Developers would immediately add more powercreep to BR6. Jagdtiger, IS-3…

To fix BR4: SF rifles need a nerf (actual nerf, not that blanket bs devs tried to gauge our eyes out with) and BR4 needs a few more TT tanks that can frontally take out Ho-Ri; Ferdinand and Tiger II.
Plus some MM tweaks like increased chance to fight BR3 rather than BR5 would give an incentive to play.

Honestly tank destroyers fill those gaps with vehicles but i don’t know why players are so afraid to use them. I use the M36 in my BR 4 US lineup and it performs well against heavy German tanks.

Because most people hope for a downtier in which they can farm weaker tanks and infantry.
Ideally, veterans take 2 or even 3 tanks/tank destroyers into battle to be ready for any scenario, but F2P players will usually pick one tank than complain that Tiger II is OP because his Jumbo can’t destroy it (over looking the fact that he took a gamble).

They could honestly just stretch out the TT with what’s already in game, then add things where holes are created. I don’t disagree it would help, but the devs have given such a hard no on it I feel it will never happen.

Enlisted didn’t have the Cold War, only World War II, please stop asking irrelevant questions. If you like War Thunder, go back to War Thunder, but don’t treat Enlisted as a second War Thunder!

This solution has been requested for a long time.
It is impossible to use self-loading rifles when playing on 4 br due to the huge number of automatic weapons.
You have to play on stormtroopers/premium units

this game never featured true WW2 gameplay. The maps are too small. There’s too many automatic weapons. Many weapons appear in the wrong locations

Just lock BR5 & BR1-2.

BR5 can do the what ever spam shit they want in theyr own BR.
BR1-2 is fine as it is, just remove the uptiering from BR2.

Congratulations you just killed BR3

Same is with planes the game sadly is a lot P2W…
