Its a joke
Not the case for me, at least with my M3 most engagements are in range or avoidable.
I get more kills with rifles
Maybe it’s just that we have different playstile
Rifles are preferable yeah, but the M3 is perfectly usable yet.
Sorry I said it wrong
SMG is okay on big maps but rifle is better
Which just shows that making maps bigger is going to destroy SMG meta in Moscow and hopefully bring it to the Normandy level
Having just 2 or 3 open maps on Moscow should fix the whole thing.
Like for Le Bri, SMGs and especially shotguns are still king, but I wouldn’t want to take nothing but shotguns because they’re pretty useless during the other invasions.
Not exactly but it would be a good start
Basically every map has some meatgrinder areas
We have to wait for OBT for more players to come and complain
You’re always going to have some meatgrinders for as long as objectives are handled the way they are.
To avoid a meat grinder, objectives need to change from “everyone dogpile this point” to something spread out and action-focused like “destroy this artillery battery”
or can have area like rising storm 2 a big area …or what ever you suggested is fine enough maybe like insurgency too
I was thinking about just moving the capture zone outside the building but your idea amazed me!!!
My idea for it is just have something like just have a player interact with a gun for ~20 seconds nonstop to set a charge and blow it up.
Of course there would need to be restrictions to stop artillery and mortars from hitting their own guns and making it impossible to ride out the 20 seconds.
AAA models already exist as seen on a few Moscow maps
I get a lot of kills with rifles too.
Rifles are very useful on Normandy
My personal favourite are K98, Lee Enfield and M1 Garand
The Enfield’s low velocity relative to the Springfield is extremely apparent at long range, but I love it at mid range. You can watch the round travel with the Enfield if you’re at 250m+
Haven’t used the Ross rifle as much as I should to see how that is.
The springfield is probably my least favorite. Not just the sights, it just doesn’t feel great. I use the Ross rifle on as many guys as I can.
The mannlicher on the Normandy campaign for some reason feels like it slaps to me.
The G33/40 max stars is really fun to using in buildings. punchey with a super fast rate of fire.
The Winchester with the soviets or the shorty mosin is fun too.
@8383908 I’ve unlocked the Enfield but haven’t used it yet. Peep sights in video games usually distract me since the ghost ring doesn’t actually ghost like it should ie. go out of focus.
Same, which is funny because it only does slightly more damage than a carbine.
Yeah, first time I used it I was like “DAMN BOI” and I looked at the stats and was surprised to find it’s not that great on paper but I vibe with it.
I use the Enfield due to 10 rounds magazine and great RoF.
It’s like Enfield with less ammo but better sights
Springfield is one of the worst guns in the game
I still think Mosin 1907 is the worst but Springfield is definitely the second place. Sights are awful and RoF is medicore
It’s a good rifle
I hate using it because it reloads unrealistically fast even for a lever action plus it has worse sights than Springfield
Try imitating the peep sight with your fingers or with an actual ring
The ring doesn’t ghost a lot so I don’t mind
Mannlicher?
I don’t know why but I don’t like that gun
It feels too small even if it’s not
I still don’t understand why people complain about straightforward sights like the springfield has. I personally find it easier to use than the Enfield’s oversized sight post.
I just cant aim good with them
Even in real life, Springfield (ww1 variant) was hated for this
That’s why someone suggested this:
We should replace the M1903 with the M1903A3
But let’s get back to the main topic, what players think of my cross-examination?
