We don’t want to sell our squad, which I’ve worked so hard to create, and I don’t want the option to sell my squad because that would make my squad less safe. Instead of suggesting that we sell our stuff, you should come up with a better sorting system.
Cool, then don’t use it, nobody holds a gun to your head forcing you to sell them.
I completely agree, I just don’t want this option/button to even exist.
It is very dangerous.
Yes, each squad is unique and their data is unique.
Be sure not to sell them, otherwise you will lose something forever.
These squads cannot be returned to your account in any way. if you lose it
When you accidentally lose your squad, do not come to the forum crying, or say that you are a new player and there are no out-of-print squads
Only legacy squads. Squads which are present in the tech tree won’t have sell options.
If you accidentally lose a squad, it is more of a fault of fat sweaty fingers than ability to do so. Besides, they can make it double triple check if you want to delete it by first making it so that you have to drag the squad to the other side of the screen, then displaying a banner on a timeout saying “you sure, bro”, and then having to hold the confirm button.
I get it as a solution for people with multiple of the same squads, in for instance you got like four level one kar98k sniper squads in total, and since they have put in only one type of each squad three of those would always be benched now, but I agree that this shouldn’t be a permanent solution to fix the big numbers of squads because some like me grew attached to them and constructed each one differently, also eventually people will get big numbers again as they gain more stuff up the tree and not wanna sell the lower tier stuff.
Instead an organization with class and tier would make it easier I think as a permanent fix, Example of what I mean: Class snipers within tier 5, or ground vehicles within tier 3, etc.
A safety button either way should be definitely added in case someone does a misclick and sells something they did not wanna sell to confirm the sell.
